Cancellation & Appointment Policy I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. To better serve all clients, I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Same-Day Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total, which will be charged to the credit card on file. Same-Day Reschedule Fee: Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of $30 which will be charged to the credit card on file. No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service total. After two no-shows, all future appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking. Late Arrival Policy: Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this may result in a $20 late fee or forfeiture of the appointment, in which case the same-day cancellation fee will apply. Waitlist & Squeeze-In Fee: Requests to be added to the waitlist or for squeeze-in appointments outside normal booking availability will incur an additional $30 fee.
