l understand unforeseen events happen and you may need to reschedule an appointment. I ask that you give a 24hour notice so i can adjust my schedule to accommodate you and other clients. Same Day Cancellation Policy: I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee to the credit card on file totaling 50% of the entire service. No Show Policy: The credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. After two no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Late Policy: If you are running late to an appointment i ask that you communicate your tardiness before your scheduled appointment time. You will have a 10 minute grace period. Any tardiness exceeding 10 minutes will result in a $20 late fee or forfeiture of appointment. (The same day cancellation fee will apply) (Absolutely no refunds)
